My name is Michelle Weller. I took my first cake decorating classes in 1982 and have been baking and decorating cakes for clients since 1989. Before actually taking instruction, my Easy Bake Oven was the source of my creativity at the age of nine. Since 1982, I have acquired further education from several well known cake artists and by attending many demonstrations and classes at the International Cake Exploration Societe Conventions. I became a member of ICES in 1994. priority along with baking the most delicious wedding cake you have ever had! All work takes place in my 400 sq. ft. shop that is routinely inspected and approved by the Louisiana Health Department.
