I will personally come out and plan your catered event with you and handle all of the details so your party will go very smooth. Also do remember I can do outdoor corporate parties of any theme. Outdoor BBQ's, Jambalaya's, seafood boils, and Grilled steaks, burgers etc. Each of these parties can be quoted on a individual basis. All Menu selections for your catered event are customized for your party. I cater indoor or outdoor cocktail parties, wedding receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate parties, etc. I can do jambalaya on site also. The events can be fully catered and served or foods prepared in bulk pans and dropped at your site for self service. The foods available on my menu includes Hot & Cold Appetizers, Italian Specialties, Louisiana foods, (Gumbo's, Etoufee's etc.).
